Where I work I can be fired (and probably will be) if I am even *accused* of SH.
Not just on company grounds or at a company function either.
The employee handbook does not distinguish where the alleged event takes place.
If the company is notified that an employee is charged with SH, that employee can (and probably will be) terminated.

Nice huh?

The result is that we don't wear our company badges publicly and don't actively try to sell our company's product. dumb asses.
