Muslims show respect for others

Respect? Well why didn't you just say so?
Omar al-Bastawisi, a scholar at Egypt's Al-Azhar University, the oldest and most important seat of Sunni learning, said even a respectful drawing could be marred.

"It could be stepped on or dirtied, and that would not be right," he said. "There are numerous verses in the Quran saying the Prophet Muhammad and other prophets hold a place of special esteem." - Depiction of prophet banned for respect

Last night we attended a graduation for USAF ALS (airman leadership school). It was a fine evening of positive, professional, military ceramony. The key note speaker was entertaining and informative. He told a little story (I searched on the web): http://www.corsinet.com/braincandy/hlife.html

I could'nt help but associate it w/how the world is dealing w/the current situation of Islamic kaos and destruction. What thinks you,
Rodger? It connects? Joyce
