WTF is going on? Drudge is reporting
that Jennifer Farrelly, 19, is arrested for using racial epithets at a
Taco Bell in Connecticut. That is flat unconstitutional,
and we'd better stop doing this stuff before we wind up like the
European Union, where saying the French stink is a jailable
offense. Farrelly was ' charged with ridicule on account of race, creed or color ..."
Sounds like the final Seinfeld episode, where the lads were jailed for
mocking a chunky crime victim rather than coming to his rescue (Hell,
some jerk in the CT legislature prolly took a cue from that farce, and
drafted his own version). Maybe this is the case that will find its way
to the SCOTUS where, no guarantees, some constitutional order will be
restored. Ms. Farrelly was also charged with disturbing the
peace, as is appropriate. Makes me want to run out and call
my mailman a "lazy white MF'er." Sheesh.
