Sadness felt and shared. Man, it is so tough to lose animal friends. I can't stand how you see them from the corner of your eyes for so long after. Lord's Comfort to your families, Juice

thanks all .. this is the fourth granddog we've lost since last October . Only one's left are Huck's Airdale puppy, and LooLoo's Boxer dog pup. And, our Reagan the Wonder Dog.

Sorry to hear that, Rodge. Thanks for the poem posted above. I had to put my 17 year old Boston Terror down 2 months ago and it sucks.

I know it doesn't help to share stories of other lost dog-buddies, but it might help to know that many of us have experienced your son's and your sadness. There is little in life to compare to the bond between dogs and men or to the sadness at their passing; I often tell my wife that men and dogs are just alike: All you have to do is feed and pet us...

Roger and MS
I am shedding tears with you. That poem that you posted before I saw this is about one of the best condolences I could offer. I am really shedding even as I'm typing guys. I have a black lab and I surely understand how you are feeling. This is a pretty tough one. I'm so sorry. -

I swim in the ocean of love my dogs provide and miss dearly the ones who have crossed over. They are all playing with Oak and your guys. They await us and man it's gonna be a blast to see my buds again.
