Happy Easter

For many, a stay.
Happy Easter.  For the Christian votary,  Jesus rising from the dead after his crucifixion is square one.  During his time on Earth, it was expected by Jews that, as the Messiah, he ought lead them in armed revolt against Roman rule, and of course he did not.  Instead Christ's message was one of love and forgiveness, with little or no smiting involved.  That's the hard part for me, but in honor of this, the most sacred day in Christianity, I look at Drudge and say ... Thumbs Up (even though I know it's prolly thumbs down) for everyone. Almost.

Nice job, Rodger!

I too struggle with all that peace and love and forgiveness stuff- I find myself wanting to pitch in and help God with His punishment (which is ridiculous since He obviously doesn't need my help).

Enjoy your day!

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
