Maryland Democrats - Will we have to hang them?

I am even today shocked that Bob Ehrlich managed to become Maryland's Governor in 2002.  It's a testament to how woefully bad his opponent - Kathleen Kennedy Townsend - was,  that not even the army of mystery Democratic voters could pull it out.  Below I posted a Powerline article that discusses Maryland Democrats ... in case you missed it, who in anticipation of this year's state elections, that will see Ehrlich defend his title, and put one of Maryland's US Senate seats into play, perpetrated these outrages: Legislated that 100% of Maryland's convicted felons can vote. Legislated that selected polling stations - to be determined only by Democrats - will stay open for 5 days. This is terrorism folks.  I live in a state where Republicans KNOW they have to win any race by 20%, just to have a chance.  Consider this, lest you think I'm hyperbolating - ANNAPOLIS -- The Ehrlich administration yesterday said it anticipates widespread voter fraud this year, as Democrats take advantage of election-related legislation passed this session.     "I fully expect the governor's political opponents will take advantage of the opportunities for fraud. I expect them to try to engage in organized, large-scale voter fraud," said Paul E. Schurick, director of communications for Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich Jr., a Republican. - Ehrlich fears voter fraud A third new law that Democrats passed would authorize electronic voting machines throughout the state without requiring a "paper trail.."  If you can suggest even a single reason why Democrats would see a need to pass this legislation, that does not include fraud, I'll shut up and go away. Most of the folks I know (all liberals) are very nice people, but woefully ignorant about politics.  But, now there's an alternative to Channel 13 news, and the Baltimore Sun, so maybe that will change.  There are indications it is.  Yesterday the WaPost [Poll Finds Steele May Be Magnet for Black Voters] reported that a Democrat poll warns that as many as 44% of Maryland's Black voters may vote for the Republican Senate candidate this year. Maybe we won't have to hang MD Democrats after all. Their heads will simply explode.
