I used to see that and pig uterus at the International Market on New Hampshire Blvd. out by the Beltway.

I've never come across a recipe for either, though...

Ya notice its sold in Thornhill, Ontario CANADA?

Eastern Canada anyway. They're sort of Canadian, I suppose.

Out here in Alberta we eat it raw. And fresh. Bite it off at the Calgary Stampede; the oysters for dessert.
