First, I'm confused. Why are congressional democrats
upset over the FBI raid on Rep. William Jefferson's (D LA) office? The three branches of gummint, having a quorum of two present (Executive and Judiciary), voted unanimously to do the search. There is no constitutional trespass, well, that I can find anyway. The
Justice Department got a court order for the raid, which is exactly the
standard Donks have set before we can eavesdrop on people calling Osama
bin-Laden's cell phone. Right?
LOL.
Second, I would like to see the Legislative and Executive branches go after corruption in the
Judicial branch. Here's a good example.
- Judge Stephen Reinhardt (Jimmy Carter) sits on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit - the activist court which decisions are routinely overturned.
- His wife is Ramona Ripston, the executive director of the ACLU in Southern Calif.
- Ramona's assaults on America are often adjudicated by Judge Reinhardt and gang
- The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit awards Ripston's firm (the ACLU) huge attorney fees for bringing a sucessful suit.

If there's a difference between William Jefferson's larceny and this, I fail to see it. I want a raid.
