 You know how in the movies a criminal, usually a rapist or serial killer, will get careless, and actually taunt his pursuers, acting more frequently, and more viciously? And the cop psychologist says, ''He wants us to stop him so he won't commit these outrages anymore?'' I think Washington State is the personification of that guy. |
