But I thought everyone knew that the evil Bushies were secretly transporting nuclear waste (in black helicopters, natch) and launching it into Jupiter's atmosphere. So it is clearly the fault of the eeeeevil conservatives. And before Jupiter, they launched stuff into the Sun, so the whole solar activity thing is the conservative's fault too!
