B- Never heard it in Boy Scouts, but heard lonnnggg ago as a joke with the detergent tester as a guy with a lisp and three sets of named undies, the last line "smells sweet as a wose" uttered as joke teller/tester holds imaginary undies to nose, and of course the last set of undies that don't smell so sweet and reverting to washy washy... named as belonging to the person you want to make fun of. That sound right?
