Yannow, if he had an accident in Idaho in the wee hours of the morning (2:45 am?), he would still reflexively holler "I'm on the way to a vote" so he would be covered by Section 6: "...privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same;..."

I guess that's where his father was going when he drove off the bridge. Turds.
