Rush to WCBM

Limbo Moves
WBAL in Baltimore is the first radio station to cancel Limbo.  The station manager cites a decision to go with more local news as the reason, although his Arbitron's were down 27% from last year (he's remains #1 in his time slot for males, however).  Limbaugh will be picked up by WCBM (680) on June1 -  from whence he sprang.  That station was the first to air Rush in the Baltimore area, and I thought it was shabby of him to dump them for the biggerWBAL, but there you have it.  In making the announcement this morning, WCBM host Tom Marr - who has been a candidate for a  Prozac implant for years, intimated that it was WCBM that dumped Rush - for reasons he ''doesn't want to go in to.''  Yeah, Tom, that's why everyone at 'CBM was so bitter when he left.

It won't mean anything to me.  When I do listen on the radio (I normally use the internet) it's Washington station WMAL I go to.  WBAL carries the Orioles, and will co-opt Rush's time for games, including Spring training!  On top of that, if it rains for more than 5 minutes, WBAL will go into a 40 minute panic mode over it.  Expect the Rush Haters to get a stiffy over this, but it's meaningless.

Man, that is a big MAC. Is that a model of EIB 1 on his desk?

This MAN you pictured here is outstanding...

Now, I sort of see Mr. Schlong in the same light,
in my sincere admiration...

And to have that MAN from MD leave a note on my silly effort, (only created really to be able to leave quicker comments on real deals like C&S), is greatly appreciated.

THANK YOU MR. S
