I don't get the horoscopic reference but accordian to Rush today, the determining factor in how they voted on this bill wasn't along party lines but whether they are up for re-election this year. The ones who are pretty much all voted against it. In other words, they are well aware of what the American people want and the ones up for election don't want to face the wrath of the voters and end up having to get a real job. The rest voted for the status quo trusting that the media won't remind the people of this at the next election cycle.
