Ward Churchill - Taxpayer subsidized bullshit

Consumer gouging at the knowledge pump
For those who eschew Ann Coulter's columns because you think she's too harsh, too opinionated, and not spreading enough love - WTF are you doing here?   LOL.  No, cereally folks, as Al Gore would say, this week's AC column [Tuition soars due to knowledge shortfall] is brilliantly conceived.  She juxtaposes CNN's handling of burgeoning  gasoline prices with burgeoning tuition costs.

Based on CNN's special coverage of high gas prices, the unfolding crisis in college tuition ought to be reported like this:
Coming up, soaring prices at the colleges. Who's to blame? How can you keep your child in college and cash in your wallet? And Harvard outrage, big education makes big bucks, but we pay the price. So should President Bush limit prices? ...

 Laughs galore.

I think that it is a crime that the Ivy League colleges are sitting on billions and billions of dollars in endowments. They could give free tuition for the next hundred years and not even blink.

Instead, students have to be in debt much of their working lives to add to those school's billions.

That's one ugly Donk bitch that's still plying the worlds oldest profession.

Jake is so right, it's all about elitist control.

And what about those evil profiteer homeowners? How is it ok if your house triples in value, but oil stock goes up, and shareholders are lower than whale poop?
