Hollywood director Rob Reiner was the leading backer of a measure in California to create a $2.4 billion universal preschool program, which went down to defeat by a 60-to-40-percent margin.

I have to admit I'm surprised it failed. Gleefully surprised!! I don't know about this state..


REALLY like the new banner. But it does remind me of those bars and restaurants in NV casinos. Do you also allow smoking there? Juice

It looks as though smoking is allowed since there's an ashtray next to the tip jar.
