ghe Sulzberger Trial

Star Chamber Hearings
I know there are reasons why Pinch Sulzberger and fellow New York Times conspirators ought not be arrested, tried, and executed for waging war against the United States, but I can't put my finger on them.  Can you help me out here?  I want to be fair.

More proof that Al Qaida is the military arm of the NYT or NYT is the media arm of Al Qaida. I am not sure which.
