OT – my bad. Rodger: I just wanted to let you know that my Wonder Laboratories order of fish oil and cinnamon suppositories arrived a few days ago. They're a bit dry, but few drops of olive oil (extra virgin – Heh!) aids application. In the short time I've been using these wonder drugs I have increased my morning walks from 3 to 5 miles. And while not an appropriate topic for here, I have returned to regularity. My jar of Metamucil is in the can and headed for Monday morning pick-up. At this rate, I'm sure I can cut my daily dose of Bombay Sapphire by half. I thank you sir for the great tip.
