Water pipe dog??

Today's (almost) WTF?
The caption on this picture alluded to ''weapons made out of water pipes.''  Wherever it is I guess they don't have PVC.  Let's hope these are Iranian students fighting mullah mofos, or Venezuelans overthrowing their commie government.  Or ditto that in WA  state.  Anyway, what my eyes landed on was the beagle bystander, LOL.  The patriots better look out, they are after all quite Snoopy. Bwahaaaaaaaa.

The guy on the left in the glass trio is cupping a match or lighter, and that looks like a fuse hanging out the of the "barrel." So these geniuses have now moved up to the 15th century from the 7th. I guess they have lots of guys with names like Mahmed Two-Fingers, Achmed the Blind and Narjawi No-Nose. Heh.
