My 5 yr old xp laptop runs faster than my 8 month old mac laptop. Stay with xp.

5 year old PCs laptops were, what, 1ghz Pentium 3? And a 1 year old Mac laptop (even the bottom-of-the-line iBook) was 1.3ghz. And everyone knows the Mac chips do more with each clock cycle, so even if they run at the same clock speed (1ghz?) the Mac is more powerful. It's like a V8 compared to a 4cylinder.
Sorry, I call bullshit on that one.

My new Macbook runs WinXP and MacOSX damn fast. At the same time, mind you. (thanks to parallels Desktop). The dual-core processor = TWO 1.83ghz CPUs.
