logging in the Giant Sequoia

Another Clinton Judge named Breyer
1997 Clinton appointee Judge Charles R. Breyer ruled Tuesday that a Bush administration plan to allow commercial logging in the Giant Sequoia National Monument violates environmental laws. The Forest Service plan to allow "thinning" of some trees was aimed at meeting fire prevention goals.  Tree nazis would rather see forests thinned by disease and fire than allow the timber industry to profit from the murder of even a single tree.
