I couldn't work up any interest in this story the first time around. Why does the media think that I would give a shirt now? This story should be dumped on Greta Van Sustren with all the other no-consequence stories where it belongs.

Contrart to what some people think any experienced cop will tell you in a murder investigation things are not cryptic in 99% of all cases. They are not the, who dunit's seen on TV the most likely suspect in most cases turns out to be the perp. Patsey is the most likely killer of this child. In all probability the child did something that angered parsey and she struck her in a rage. When she understands the damage she has done she finishs her of with the ligature. It is very unsettling but the most likely explanation. I know thw It was an accident is a photoshop.
