I've got 2 little boys that my wife delivered by C-Section. Being bed-ridden when they had their first poo it fell to me to change the first diaper for both of them. It did not look like that in any way. It was a sticky, blackish-green mess with no form whatsoever.
That looks more like a cat turd somebody picked up. -

Your observation about baby poop corresponds with my own ... although I was only an occasional observer. And yes, with Cruise it would be cat poop.
