One other incident that no one is mentioning is this one that was in Gary Aldrich's book "Unlimited Access." Aldrich was a FBI agent that protected Clinton during his presidency. So he was there.

Here is the incident:

In 1998 the CIA sent a message to Clinton that they had a 2 hour window of opportunity to kill Bin Laden. They asked for Clinton’s permission to kill the Al Qaida leader. Clinton’s message back was that he was watching a football game and did not want to be bothered.

An hour later Clinton came down to his office, but he dithered for an hour trying to make his mind up on what to do about Bin Laden. Finally, the CIA told him Bin Laden was gone and it was too late to do anything.

The fact remains and will be borne out by history that Clinton along with his pals in his worthless administration are mainly responsible for the 9/11 attack. That is there inactions in response to previuos attacks and failed appertunity to rid the world of Bin Laden made the attack posible.
