Va. racial politics still brewing Monday on MSNBC's "Hardball with Chris Matthews," Larry Sabato, a University of Virginia professor and political observer to the stars, said that he "knew" that former classmate George Allen had used racial epithets.  Yesterday Sabato admitted he had never personally heard George Allen utterances, but but but ... .  Jerk. Also, a few days ago I opined that very few from that era had gone through life without having the "nigger" word slide off their lips, or gently lounge in their ears.  Here's James Webb, Allen's Democrat opponent. "I don't think that there's anyone who grew up around the South that hasn't had the word pass through their lips at one time or another in their life."  This is all utter nonsense, neither man would allow race to govern his law making decisions. Period. There is just one issue that Virginia voters ought consider.  One of these candidates brought  John Kerry in to campaign for him, and one did not. James Webb, no matter what he may have been in the past, is now a certified Wal-Mart bashing, cut-and-run liberal.  If that's your cup of tea, go for it.
