This Fire Rainbow is the rarest of all
naturally occurring phenomena. The picture was taken on the
Washington-Idaho border, and lasted about one hour.
Clouds have to be Cirrus, at least 20,000 feet high, with
just the right amount of ice crystals. The sun has to hit
the clouds at precisely 58°.
