The 9th Circuit

This place is a mess. Let's burn it down.
9th Court of Appeals is a mess
A few weeks ago two judges from the insurgent Ninth U.S. Court of Appeals put on hold Arizona's voter I.D. law.  Yesterday the Supreme Court (for what??  the 3000th time?) reversed these agenda driven political leftist hacks in black robes, and ruled that, Holy Crap, you'll have to be a citizen in order to vote in this coming election. The Ninth's judges are so bad that there is a movement to split it in two.  WTF?  Why not just remove (impeach) them for gross incompetence?  Think of the fun listening to their leftist sponsors in the United States Senate try to explain away their Guinness World record for being overturned.

An even better idea would be to eliminate the federal circuit court system entirely.  Go  back to making Supreme Court Justices ride circuit (preferably on horseback) during the summer, tending to whatever legitimate need for federal interference exists. I'll bet even Glen and Spoons will say Huzzah! to that.

the movement to split the Ninth circuit court of appeals has been around for years but has picked up steam recently. You do have a good point about firing them all for incompetance.
