Actually, tofu ain't so good for you. Soy products have been massively oversold.
My wife the nutrician nut stay up on all this stuff. It has something to do with phyto-estrogen.
Never liked even the look of that tofu stuff and, who need boy boobs?
Americans can't do anything in moderation - including moderation. -

but the irony, about the protest, the Brit's traditional cuisine is often poorly cooked big meat.
massive amounts of beef, lamb or pork...
eating the Brit way in London, i nearly got sick of meat, on top of meat, on top of meat.
of course, they do make a great fish and chips... -
