You just can't say this enough, is this a great country or what?
Reminds me of the guy who attached all the weather balloons to his chaise lounge which was tethered to his roof. Thinking he might slowly ascend when he untied the chair, he shot off into the sky, eventually reaching the height the nearby airport's flight patterns(I think NJ)
Anyway, good story Rog, they should make a movie

Now, go back and click on the ''black helicopters'' have landed. Some amazing stuff there (although written by some sissy).

Sgt. Ed York was the guy who photographed the first A-bomb test. I heard a talk he gave about his career (he also photographed many later tests). When he went to retire, he was held up because he owed the Air Force a B-29.
It seemed that one of the thousands of forms he had signed for supplies and equipment had included a B-29. The Air Force had no record of him returning the B-29.
Make a long story short, eventually they found the B-29 in the boneyard at Davis-Monthan AFB, and Sgt. York got to retire.
What do we learn from this?
o Read before you sign.
o If you see anything you don't understand, like "Bomber, Strategic, mod 29, 1 each," ask.
o Relying on the government's reason or common sense is not adequate preparation for retirement.
o They can talk about "spare parts" all they want, the boneyard is really a filing system for tail numbers. - 11/27/06, 11:02 AM

Your story of Art Lacey was a grinner.
But. The Google connect was less so. In fact, it could also be known as, Google Earth: Making life easier for terrorist, one giant step at a time. WTF? It's getting so there's one can't even hide under the blankets. Juice - 11/27/06, 11:48 AM
