Dr.Hardcrab...I believe this picture is one of a series of magazine ads from the late 40's and early 50's by "The United States Brewers Foundation" called "Beer Belongs"...In these ads the beer containers were not shown or they were turned around since they weren't advertising any particular brand.If you would like to see more of these go to http://www.paperboynews.com/links.asp?catagory=5&sub_id=426
