News today that The Air Force is preparing for CyberWar against, among others, China, sent me to the files.  The saga of Ron Brown, Bernard Schwartz, Bill Clinton, and Red China went virtually unreported (what a surprise). There weren't many people on line in 1994, and publications like Insight Magazine, that did track the strange goings-on in the Commerce Dept, had been labeled Right Wing Clinton haters by the Clinton White House, giving the MSM a pass on stories they uncovered.  BTW, the first question I would ask Bill Clinton, is why did you transfer control of our Crypto-code technology to Ron Brown's Commerce Dept in the first place?  Anyway, for your reading pleasure, this 1994 report from Softwar.
