They also mentioned that it wouldn't be charged. I wasn't even asked for one. When they said I had to remove IE7 and go back to IE6, that was enough. Not that I care about either version, but I'm not wasting any more time on IE.

Works fine on my Mac OS10.3 w/Firefox.
Just needs a media player that invokes Quicktime. -

I quit using Quicktime a while back as it likes to take over and also I think it's a virus source.
