You see that one fellow being restrained?..He later said that he had wanted to leap forward and give LBJ a good sock in the eye...This man had a "Pork&Bean" magnate as one of his constituants and the President had left this fine American food off the bill of fare.

LBJ signs the offical "Declaration of War on Poverty",which will soon see it's 40th birthday.
