Saddam's Assassination and other monkey fun
Reaction by  news monkeys in the Monkey Media over Saddam's execution  is over the top, even by their standards.  On NBC this morning, Richard Engel explained that "The execution was primitive and vindictive. " That doesn't hold a candle to the NBC affiliate in Orlando, whose monkey boy called it an ''assassination.''  SondraK claims she owns this story, as she often does which is why I can't tell you lots of stuff, but wait a minute!  How can she claim news stories?  Especially when it's her legions of news miners like Doug M - who never tells me anything - do all the work?  No way.  And don't think I don't know who you voted for in the Bloggie Awards contest.   Here's the video of that Orlando guy.  Don't you want to smack him? 

There was more good news going on while Saddam the Butcher was getting noosed - Maryland played its best game of the year in the Citrus Bowl, and spanked Purdue 24-7, and it wasn't that close. And, remember the Danny Bonaduce video we ran, where Danny Partridge was confronted in a Hollywood restaurant by some guy?  Well, he was on O'Reilly's show last night, hosted by guest-host John Kasich.  Check it out [ Danny Bonaduce Slams 9-11 Conspiracy Theorists and Hollywoodans ) on Newsbusters.  I just love this guy.

Its a shame they used the snap-the-neck technique rather than the dangle-n-kick one. I would've paid to see the latter.

It's prob'ly 'cause you never once posted a picture your butt in a thong (or is it "a thong in your butt?")...
not that it would really help.

Besides, I do link to your jokes in my comments on Missy's site when you have a good round-peg joke that can be twisted into a square hole over there.

Good observations, though. I think the difference is 'cause, here, one has merely to soak up the cleverness and the wisdom: the joke/rant is usually fully formed and exploited. Over at Missy's, my pleasure at least, is in the opportunity for further exploitation... and she has an automatic comment signature which needs no Blogger account.

I usually read your stuff before Missy's. (Uh... don't tell her that, or she'll post a similar complaint.)

This is, of course, the second-proudest complaint I've ever been a part of.
(What? The first? Well, that was when some left-wing troll referred to "DougM-isms.")

He's just a talking head, a pretty face in drone mode, reading whatever the script on the teleprompter says. His focus is solely upon enunciation and correct facial expressions.

To find out where the bias lies, you'll have to concentrate on who WROTE that ridiculous teleprompter script.
