Hey Rodg, yeah, Ohio voters are near as stupid. But not completely: I live in the same district where OSU resides, and we recently very narrowly reelected Republican Deb Pryce. Point for us.

I don't know if I ever told you this Rog, but besides being a Woody Hayes era alum, I was once an Ohio Republican State Central Committeeman, a more august group of rubber stampers the world has never seen. Pryce is a Rino, as is most of the Ohio delegation. Fuck 'em.
Now as for the Buckeyes and their opponent. Michigan is full of union thug demoncrats who elect foreignors to be their Governor! Besides, Urban Meyer isn't smart enough to handle a butterfly ballot. I'm for the Do-Over in the Desert!

Woot, Casca, nice. Pryce as RINO? I can't disagree, but you should have heard her opponent. We done good on that, and I still want the point.
In Re the entire Ohio delegation, what am I supposed to do? I look longingly at Texas, where live my brother and fine family and Kim Du Toit (who recently let us know that he's fired a shotgun "once or twice"). Someone's gotta stay here in the heartland and fight the good fight.
As for the Do-Over in the Desert? I'm for it, mostly because I laid on a bet very early on at 10,000 to 1 on that happening. I won't get paid, but I'll get huge bragging rights. Besides, beating Michigan twice in a season? Niiice.

As the auto industry dies, the Commie-Union thugs in the SE corner of the state will gradually lose their hold on power. If Bill Ford can continue to do to his car company what he's done to the Lions, it won't be long. Keep buying Toyotas America, Michigan is counting on you.
Side note: when the UAW-Union thugs refused to allow Marine reservists with GWB stickers or foreign cars to use their parking lot in Detroit, I swore I'd never buy another one of their over-priced pieces of crap. Screw 'em. - 12/3/06, 5:58 PM

If you have been reading following the news and I know you have you also know that Bill Ford has just about destroyed Ford motor company. His support for homosexual marriage has more than a hundred Christian groups boycotting Ford. I am one of them. Bill is a liar as well after reaching an agreement with the Christian groups he stabbed them in the back and renegged. - 12/3/06, 7:17 PM

Jack,
With respect, you're wong on this one. To quote:
"Bill Ford has just about destroyed Ford motor company."
There's a long history to that company, little of which has to do with either Christian groups or gay marriage. It's the unions, plain and simple. Well, that, and the Federal government, they've never once helped (Chrysler notwithstanding).
Their cost alone adds $1k to each car they sell. Renogitiate, or American cars won't be viable. - 12/3/06, 7:37 PM

I understand and concur the unions have ravaged the company but the boycott by over a hundred Christian organizations has cost them millions in sales. That cannot help.I more than understand the damage the unions have done. We are not talking about a small number of people here. - 12/4/06, 4:55 AM

Lot of difference between the world ending and the Gator Ohio State football game.I am not saying the gators will win just saying do not be suprised if they do.The gators won the SEC championship in what is the toughest conference in the country and played if not the toughest schedule then very close.Do not get me wrong I am not a gator fan by any means quite the contrary. But I also remember the year we played Ohio State and no one gave us a chance. I heard the same comments. Eddie George was there running back then and I am a hugh fan of his.But as it turned out we demolished Ohio State.

lol, Jack, I've had my betting window open at Annika's for a couple of weeks now willing to bet anyone that their team couldn't beat the Buckeyes. Alas, no one has risen to the challenge. How much should I put you down for?

I would never bet on that game. The Buckeyes should win. But do not tell the Gator players that.I merely said do not be suprised if the Gators win. I like Ohio State. Eddie George one of the toughest running backs ever played there before he came to the Titans. But his hard running style ended his career early which is the case with a back that is willing to hit you as hard as you hit them. Do not mistake my comment to mean I am rooting for the Gators you would be wrong.I have just watched them over the years. I also believe there coach will have them ready for this game. But if I were going to bet I would take Ohio State. - 12/4/06, 6:02 PM
