It has always amazed me that tobacco products are legal yet the government and local nannies are trying to ban them. Were that they would go after things that REALLY harm us, such as liberals and stupid laws. States tell us we can't smoke anywhere then raise the tax on tobacco; then wonder why tax revenues are dropping. DOH, as Homer Simpson would say.

Hmmm...banning public use of a legal item, or capturing and deporting people who have broken already existing laws. Gee, which should we choose?
