Lots of Deer

Dinner Time in Eagle River , Wisconsin
Dinner Time in Eagle River , Wisconsin
"These people living in Northern Wisconsin put some corn out in the dead of winter to sustain the area deer. When I said the deer up here were as thick as cats and dogs, I  wasn't far off. Wisconsin community of Eagle River ."

Sent to Mother Superior from a friend.  Her immediate response was that of a true gardener ... "How much green stuff do you see growing beneath the tree tops? So much fertilizer, and so little to fertilize."

We both like deer venison.  Reagan too.

Four dozen deer, and I don't see a single rack. There must be an explanation.

If you overfly Argentina at low level, the first thing you notice is all these
500 years old oak trees.(All branches, few leaves)

Then you notice there is nothing else but short grass and gazillion of sheeps.

This is thus that Scotland was desertified and so the Mediterranean shores(Spain, South France, Italy, Greece and Maghreb)overgrazed by
these cloven footed parasites...

Here in TX, the bucks lose their headgear sometime in January. Probably a little earlier in the great frozen norte.
