I doubt Cooper's simple celled mind grasps the significance of what he's saying - what he believes.  At this point racial memory, if not the DNA itself, has been altered to accept as truth the dictum of totalitarian gummint everywhere .. first destroy self reliance.  The best thing is to neuter the breed so it can no longer reproduce.  Humanely, of course.  CNN's Anderson Cooper Prefers Government Funds Over Private Charity ... He inquired to Bill White, president of the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund: "This center was $50 million in donations from corporations, and even individuals, school kids giving them dollars here and there. Why didn’t the government do it?"
