PBS- Free to choose

Milton Friedman: Free to Youse
One of the truly wonderful Christmas presents I received was the complete Milton Friedman series "Free to Choose" from El Jefe.   I was blown away.  I don't think it's possible for anyone to watch this presentation without becoming a better world citizen, and that goes for the commies.  Señor  Jefe just now informed me that, HFS!, the series will be rerun on PBS, beginning tomorrow night. Here's the list of PBS stations, and you are encouraged to call yours if they haven't scheduled it.

Let me example you with what Professor  Friedman did  for me.

Dear  El Jefe,

Since I will now be able to record this entire series for free, I would like a refund of the $98.00 the set cost.  Thank you.  PS: I accept Pay Pal.

Regards,
Rodger Schlong

Hey Rodge, you and my sister think alike. No not about Uncle Miltie, but about getting the refund! 24 then Milt, what an evening!

OK, so long as the coin goes to filling up the B-52 and taking out the state house in Annapolis.

BTW: PBS isn't that gracious. They're airing 'The Power of Choice - The Life and Times of Milton Friedman' tonight, not the 10-hour set originally aired in 1980 unfortunately. Should still be a great program.
Keep your eyes peeled for the series. They should rerun it soon (remember, they're viewer supported!).
Does anyone have a copy (or know where to get one) of the series 'Connections'?

My error then. How odd that you should mention '''Connections.'' I was thinking about that yesterday, and wodering why that once ubiquitous series had disappeared.

The local leftists at KPBS won't be showing MF tonight. Connections and it's follow-on series are two of my all-time favorites. I remember religiously recording them back in the day. Bad news is those videos were lost in the divorce. The good news is that they have them at my local library, and I have the technical ability to turn them into DVD-Rs. Shall I?

I remember having the companion book to the series too. One of those may still be around.
