Shuttle Launch seen from space

WOW

The Shuttle Launch, as seen from the (ISS) International Space Station. The Space Station happened to be passing by when the Shuttle launched September 9,2006. Two amazing photos.

The photos were not taken from the Space Station. They were taken from a WB-57 chase plane. The camera was developed by Jacobs Engineering for NASA-MSFC [Marshall Space Flight Center].

Wow, look at that launch signature! Looks like Vandenburg, in beautiful downtown Lompoc.

The Shuttle doesn't launch from Vandenbug. STS-115 (shown in these pictures) launched from Complex 39A at the Cape. The roll-over pict shows (from right to left) Complex 39B (Shuttle), Complex 41 (Atlas), Complex 40 (Titan) and Complex 37 (Delta IV).

Am I the only one who sees something strange about the reflection in pic center (main, not roll-over). Damn if it don't look like the profile of somebody we all know and love so dearly. To me at least, and we finished the guinness a couple days ago!

.....Cue Twilight Zone music....

Hey Rodger. Don't know if it has to do with your situation with the DVD burn but I found out today that it mattters whether you need PLUS R or MINUS R in the blank DVD's.

Try to visit your blog daily; it is my "Top 10".

Lately, your photos (car show, space pictures, etc.)ekgag show up as a streak across the bottom of a frame, and will NOT open.

HELP!

I don't know Juice. Not all arrogant, condescending, intellectually and morally superior canker blossoms are Democrats (although all liberals are, by definition).
