Well finally! Always said that there needs to be some sort of regulations on that pilgrim,conestoga traffic.Hope they're assessing a nice vehicle and barren waste usage tax on them as well.

License, registration, proof of insurance, purpose of your trip, do you know we have a one horse limit on this butte, I don't see an orange triangle posted in a visibly prominate location, horse health certificate, any firearms in this vehicle I'll need to see registration license to transport,I'll also need your permit to purchase ammunition,do you have an EPA approved equine fecal disposal bags, hoof and mouth vaccination,harness and whip tax stamp, is that Horace Greely trace sticker supposed to be funny,.........????
