Democrats won the Fall election with no agenda whatever save "We hate George Bush," which of course is why they're called the Party of Hate. Andrew Stone is one of the movement's storm troopers.

How come this never happens to me? There would have been one less ratcommiebastard, which of course means about a dozen less votes in the next election for the dem candidate.

I read this story and I do not understand how this stone guy escaped with his life other than the fact these are young guys that do not know how to defend them self. I can train them if they wish.

Jack, I am of the opinion that today's youth, ideology aside, are not fighters. I don't know you, but I'll bet you had numerous playground fist fights in your youth, as did I. I'll warrant that not 5 in 100 suburban raised boys have ever been in a physical fight in their lives.

I've been in a handful of fights, although not on the playground. You raise your voice to another kid now in school and you get your parents called and detention. You kick some kids ass, coming to him or not, you get ejected from school.

When I was in the second grade, I remember this girl that used to get on the bus at my stop, she had to go to another school. Two Mexican kids were messing with her and bugging her, she threatened to kill them. The girl was five foot tall and for some reason didn't strike me as a killer, but her slip of the tongue forced her to move with her aunt and uncle, 200 miles away.

i have to agree with Mr. S, yet in my arena growing up, i did have the fights, but later in life, around 16 you stopped in the NYC area, cause you never knew who was packing some gun-knife.

i am certain the environment must play a role in this...

but if a fool lib breaks into a home years ago, and assualted someone, i think we would tie him up and put him in the basement for a long, long time.

but maybe it is better to have him see jail time.

i dunno, tough call...

jail and legal problems can plague a fool for a lifetime, and yet, these days, some lib organization will pay his bills, and make a hero out of him.

Yep plenty of fist fights in school then came the US Army and 101ST.2nd 502. Then I spent 13 years locking up hardcore felons on FFJ warrants.So yea I have oretty much had to scrap my whole life. Someone has got to teach these guys. Any man that would enter someones home and attack them over politics should be considered very dangerous. I am suprised the judge released him on his on. That made no sense. It is not like this guy was a school acuaintance and they got into an argument it was stranger assault. You would have at least thought these guys would have a baseball bat.

This has all the earmarks of a pre-meditated hate crime, 25 to life for Stone.

My son got into a fight with a kid at school in first grade. On top of a jungle gym. Other kid broke his arm. Long-short $6,000 later in Dr.'s bills and lawyer fees all was right in his world, that was in 1991. God only knows what it'd cost today.

Lesson Mom learned from high school junior son:
We moved from a white majority town to a white minority town. Mostly mexicans and hmongs...plenty of gang activity. Son was 6'2" eyes of blue and had to assert his place in their midst. So when I said, don't say or do that or this, you could get stabbed or shot. He explained it to me, "You don't get it Mom. If I don't stand up to them and face them down, then I am in trouble." Sure enough he was correct. He got in their faces with intensity and they left him alone. It is the world of men!
He also completed The Crucible at MCRD before whiney moms forced it out of the corps.
