It's postulated that one
effect smoking doobie can have is to short circuit the
maturation process, leaving the pot head in a permanent state of
adolescence, behavior wise. See, and you thought it was X-Y

As an aside, let me take this
opportunity to comment on the different reaction men and women will
have to this video. Women may find it amusing, but crude and
juvenile. Men think, 'I'll bet Dawn wants some now, after being turned on by that guy's nakedness." Am I right?
