Josh Gibson does Denis Collins

Josh Gibson does Denis Collins
I have lots of stringers out there finding great stuff to look at, and that means lots of links. Had I gotten to this one that Jack Hamilton sent last night, I could have saved myself a lot of time this morning on the Denis Collins posts. Josh Gibson says it all.

This is one of a dozen reasons Libby will get a new trial or the case tossed. I do not believe if it is tossed that the prosecuter will try it again. But I would not want a pardon right now I would want exonneration. Pardon as last resort which I do not believe it will ever come to that. There misconduct by the trial judge as well.

Unless this guy somehow hid is profession or lied on his voir dire forms, there's no way his presence on the jury can bring about a new trial.

If Libby's attorney didn't strike him, then he has to live with him.

The moral of the lesson is don't get tried in DC if you can help it.

It is not the fact he is a jurnolist that will aid in getting it thrown out it is his comments after the trial that show he is politically motivated and the fact he has a conflict of interest. The judge is suppose to protect the rights of the accused. This man has a blantant conflict and will probably enrich himself off a conviction.
