Good Morning Rodger,
Being of a mechanical mind and a little weird I was wondering if you could hook up a blow dryer to thaw out the feeder and keep the little sippers toasty. They probably need the extra food about now. Maybe there is a market for bird feeders with something like handwarmers in them. I will eagerly rip the throat out of an enemy with nary a flicker of conscience, but the helpless little buggers of the animal world do pull at the ol' heartstrings...however that dove on the right would look good on a bed of rice. With mushrooms 'n' gravy. Sorry, blame that on my Dad.

I was going to get upset but since you made it wild rice in the second post I have to agree.I know that they make bird bath heaters but not sure about feeder heaters. I blame Al Gore.

I think you're right, he must have blocked their manufacture because they would contribute to man made gorebal warming.
