Yesterday was my birthday so Hucker and Erin visited me at the home and made me a surprise dinner. That, and a bottle of wine left me surprisingly uninterested in finding ways to throw Chuck Schumer down an abandoned well and save the Union. Instead I watched the Orioles until dozing off with the score 0-0. The way life should be for the last living survivor of the Rough Riders.
