in my opinion, the tired depiction of GW reveals the lib hatred for Bush, who is a symbol now for Conservatives.
in fact, this cartoon could easily be changed, replacing the President with some Conservative American, who is more angry at GW, for the actions of Democrats.
that would be more accurate... -
