The Supreme Court today ruled 5-4 that the  Infant Vivisection Ban President Bush signed into law in  2003 does not violate a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.  Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the erstwhile ACLU hack who bought her seat from Clinton with a few million of her husband's filthy dollars finds the ruling " alarming." “ Ginsburg said the latest decision "tolerates, indeed applauds, federal intervention to ban nationwide a procedure found necessary and proper in certain cases by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists." ” Found necessary? I'm saying you're a liar Ginzy. The practice of sucking the brains out of a full term infant before its head can clear the birth canal (after which it is murder by anybody's standard) is seldom, if ever, "necessary." “ In an article in the March 3 (1995) edition of American Medical News, a publication of the American Medical Association, prominent abortion rights supporter Ron Fitzsimmons, executive director of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers, acknowledged that he "lied" when he claimed that the controversial late-term procedure known as "partial-birth" abortion is rare and performed only in "the most extreme" cases. Fitzsimmons's confession has added new fuel to the already contentious congressional and public debate over the yearlong effort to ban the procedure.
