Rodger, check out the story on Drudge please about a man threatening a GOP official in Las Vegas(where I am). Criminal Syndacalism? It's against the law to use force or advocate the use of force for political reform? What's supposed to keep them in line? I know I didn't quote the law right, but that's the meaning I got out of it. Clarification requested.
"Criminal syndicalism makes it a crime to advocate sabotage, violence or terrorism to accomplish industrial or political reform", said Ron Bloxham, a Clark County prosecutor.
Hee Hee, isn't that cute.
GenCpl Rilerite -- as Claire Wolfe said "It's too late to work within the system, but still to early to simply shoot the bastards."
Reminds me of another catch-all bullshit law in my state: "Armed To The Terror Of The Public", a statute which essentially states that if someone is legally in posession of a firearm in a public place and another feels threatened, then such posession is considered criminal. Simply walking down a street with a gun in a holster is enough -- no brandishing is required to trigger this. Legal becomes illegal based on the irrational fears of a third party. IOW, 2nd Amendment applies so long as nobody objects.
I say we need a law which prevents others from voting if they're clear idiots who seek to destroy traditional America. "Voting to the Terror Of The Republic"?

Jeez, what state do you live in Jack?
GenCpl Rilerite,
North Carolina. A study in contrasts, but turning more liberal. Jesse Helms but now Elizabeth Dole (RINO) and John "silky pony" Edwards. Basically a very conservative rural state being taken over by Yankee immigrant leftards who hated their big-city lives, moved here, and now want to turn NC into NJ, NY or Philadelphia.
There are similar laws on the books of many states.
BTW, I "open" carry -- no concealment -- either a Baretta 92fs (full size 9mm) or a Glock 45.

Yep my .45's a Glock 30. Californians are doing the same thing to my state. My dad's in Tennessee and says it's better there.
