HFS Rodger - A whole bunch of us have talked about hanging various Liberals. Are we gonna get the death penalty for talking about that? If so, we may as well go out right now and bag as many as we can before we're caught.
Seriously, that sounds like punishment for Thoughtcrime, but how does the FBI know what I'm thinking? Must be that RFID chip. Course we have Hate Crimes now, which is the same thing. I guess prior to Hate Crime legislation, murderers actually liked their victims. Sure had me fooled.

In addition, the subsequent section, section 242, prescribes that and official, acting under color of authority, who acts or conspires to deny a citizen his civil rights is subject to a variety of penalities up to and including death.
The right to keep and bear arms is a constitutionally-protected CIVIL right.
